Not only can she give you the best makeover Cardiff have ever seen
but she's a brilliant illustrator with her own distinctive, funky style!
ive been itching to get a pin up done for a while now,
but the thought of a real looking pin up made me feel abit iffy as its quite boring
but then i saw our Victoria's work and was blown away!
Now she's going to design one for me that is me with my tatts, bandana & everything
cannot WAIT!
